2. The system can realize the following functions:

(1) System operation

1) Solar hot water system: it has the functions of indirect heat exchange, automatic temperature difference circulation, automatic water replenishment and centralized water supply.

2) Solar photovoltaic power generation system: it has two functions: self consumption and grid connected power generation. Part of the electricity stored by the battery can be directly used to drive the DC pump with automatic temperature difference circulation of the photothermal system, so as to reduce the consumption of conventional energy.

(2) System monitoring: the monitoring system adopts PLC programming control and LCD touch screen to connect the computer according to the user's requirements and the requirements of the controlled system. Achievable:

1. Working principle of photothermal part: the system adopts the operation mode of indirect heat exchange, automatic temperature difference circulation, automatic water replenishment and centralized water supply.

(1) Indirect heat exchange: coil is set in the heat storage tank. The "heat medium" from the collector goes into the coil and exchanges heat with the "cold water" in the water tank through the coil heat exchanger. Antifreeze liquid can be used for "heat medium", and it can also be used in cold areas.

(2) Automatic temperature difference circulation: when the water temperature T1 at the outlet of the collector is higher than the water temperature T25 ℃ at the bottom of the water tank, the circulating pump will start automatically, and the "heat medium" will start circulation to heat the "cold water" in the water tank until the water temperature is the same, and the circulating pump will stop working.

(3) Automatic water replenishment: when the water level of the water tank drops to the set low level, the normally closed solenoid valve E1 will automatically open to replenish water to the normal water level.

2. Working principle of photovoltaic part: the photovoltaic power generation system uses the photovoltaic effect of semiconductor materials to directly convert solar energy into electric energy through the photovoltaic power generation panel on the surface of the collector. The power generation board is connected with the battery and inverter to store electric energy through the battery for use by the system; The grid connected electric energy is supplied to the external power grid through the inverter.

2. Circulating water pump: according to the characteristics of the system, the unit is equipped with two water pumps, one is powered by the spontaneous DC power of the system as the main circulating pump, and the other is powered by the AC power of the external power grid as the standby circulating pump of the system. (3) Battery configuration: the designed DC water pump works for 6 hours / day, and the daily power consumption is 180W × 6h=10800WH。 To ensure self power supply in case of continuous rain for 2 days, battery shall be configured: 10800wh × 2 (days) / (24V) × 70%) = 1285.7ah, therefore, 8 170ah batteries are configured.
