Do Your Kids Act Like Raving Lunatics When You Ask Them to Do Something That They Don't Wanna Do?
sounds like my life!! my kids usually refuse to help, point blank. i blame myself for doing everything for them when they were younger. but i was a single mom studying and working and at the time it was just easier to do everything faster so we got to school/work/bed on time etc. my teenage daughter has some major issues with bringing her dirty laundry from her room to the washing machine. she lets it build up (like 4 whole loads) despite my constant nagging, and then accuses me of making her wear dirty clothes when she needs some clean ones!! my pre teen son leaves his dirty dishes ON THE FLOOR next to the sofa, never tidies his room, will not brush his teeth/shower regularly. gross, i know. and oh yeah, this is a good one, they stuff tissues/paper wrappings/yoghurt cartons down between the cushions of the sofa. on a positive note, though, they do agree to buy groceries in the nearby supermarket, and my daughter has started to tidy the kitchen area without being asked. when i was younger i refused to pick my sindy dolls from the floor for days and weeks, and my mum threw them in the fire. i can still remember the sight and smell of them burning to death in the fire!! im expecting twins and am seriously considering training them in , military style, as soon as they can walk!!!
1. Have you ever left your bathroom in the following condition?
I've been in bathrooms like that. And worse, staring at a kitty litter box while trying to use the toilet. And an overnight guest in same and kittly litter stuck to my feet before and after shower. If the hostess is a loving person, who cares?.
2. How to operate Delta 1400 series shower?
I am not positive, but if I am not mistaken there are two different 1400's. One for tub only and another for tub and shower. First verify that you have tub/shower Delta 1400 series. There should be a knob to pull/push on the spigot. (not the handle)

You do not get lingerie for a bridal shower, unless it's specified it's that kind of shower. You would get something for the home - baking sheets, muffin tins, storage containers, cute towels, etc
4. My first dog! Supply list?
- Flea & tick repellent - Heartworm preventative - Money for routine wellness exams - Nail clippers - Stypic powder (to stop bleeding just in case you cut on or past the nail quick) - Shampoo - Conditioner (both preferably oatmeal and/or all natural) - Bristle brush - Comb - Slicker brush - Waste bags - Toys (unstuffed plush toys, tennis balls, etc.) - Chews like bully sticks, dried pigs ears, raw marrow/knuckle bones, etc. (no rawhide!) - Small-sized treats for training - Bed for kennel with a raised area for the dog to rest its head on (if it does not have a raised area, use a small pillow) - Illness/Accident insurance (routine care insurance is not really necessary) or money saved up - Microchip, if it has not been done yet - Pepper spray (in case you meet an aggressive dog on a walk) You may also want to buy a deshedder tool (like the FURminator) or undercoat rake (if its double-coated) to remove loose fur before it sheds off all over the place. If winter months are cold or you do not want the dog in the tub or shower when bathing, you will need to get one of the smaller plastic tubs and a handheld shower. Hair dryers also help. Toothpaste or a plaque/bad breath powder (added to water) is optional, but if your dog does not get to do as much chewing or has bad breath, use it! It's also good to have some healing salve (if it does a lot of walking on concrete) and bandages with you.

Excuse the fact that everything I am telling you involves spending money. Buy them gradually, bit by bit. That's what I do. To straighten your hair: - Use a smoothing/straightening shampoo and conditioner (You can usually find good, cheap, salon hair products at Marshall's) - Blow hair dry after shower with a paddle brush and smoothing/straightening serum (Again, at Marshall's) - Apply thermal protection serum (John Freida makes a good kind; available at Wal-Mart) after blow drying hair, as well as a heat-activated conditioner (Marshall's or Trade Secret) - Straighten with a good straightener...with one that goes up to 400 degrees, you will be able to do it effeciently every morning (or evening...whenever you take your showers) for school (Try Wigo at ulta.com - the $90.00 Wigo Red straightener is on sale for $30.00, use 20% off code 97344) - Spray a setting hairspray/holding hairspray and a frizz-taming hairspray after you are done (Marshall's, Trade Secret) You can, of course, do this without all the hair products (other than blowdryer, straightener, and paddle brush), but the result will be even better with them. To apply makeup: - Buy a tinted moisturizer at your local drugstore - one other foundation I really recommend is Sally Hansen's spray foundation, also found at your local drugstore...either one will do - At your local drugstore (hahah, sorry for the repetetiveness), buy a bag of cosmetic wedges to apply your foundation (for either type of foundation) - For any imperfections you have, like blemishes, discoloration, or redness, buy Physician's Formula Conceal Rx Physician's Strength Concealer...at your local drugstore - To apply your concealer, purchase a small-tipped concealer brush: one good one is available at ulta.com; Amazing Cosmetic's Concealer Brush; $14.00 - For green eyes, I recommend a deep plum/eggplant (dark purple) liner shadow - a good kind is available at bareescentuals.com for $13.00, but you can also buy some from the drugstore - Apply the liner shadow with an eyeliner brush...to get one cheap, go to an arts & crafts store, like Michael's, where they are available for $6.00 - it should be a thin, angled brush - A pearly white eyeshadow applied directly above your pupil and on the inside corner of your eye is all you need on a daily basis, since we (you) are only thirteen, and it looks great - makes you look more awake, and your eyes look bigger and brighter - Lipgloss is easy to apply - it is a no-brainer - Apply mascara gently: you should start with one stroke, from the base upwards and "vibrate" the wand as you move up...then focus on the tips of your lashes for length and definition (a good mascara is Sexy Curves by Rimmel London) - Blush is essential, in my opinion, for looking fresh, healthy, and young (not that you need to...hahah) - I like Stila's Rouge Pots Mousse Blush for easy application: dab mousse onto finger and start from the apples of your cheeks, blending it upward and outward along your cheekbone IhopeIhelped.(:.
