I do not know about Blue light technology, but our brain needs naturally occurring dopamine from foods we eat in order for our temporal lobe functions to work (i.e. happiness, memory and learning) one food that has a high level of dopamine is Velvet beans (Mucuna pruriens) from africa and just as iron need victims C to activate, Dopamine needs L-Lysine. Both these can be found on the internet or at Alternative health stores. Hence, you need to look after your health (i.e. food and water, juices and exercise) p.s. but stay away from psychiatry, psychology and mental health: Psychiatrists use Olanzapine and Seroquel to induce 'hearing of voices' and visions in their victims. They also use Non-Catecolamine Drugs (Ampehtamines) that cause people to have suicidal and homicidal tendencies - Psychiatrists are frauds - you need to get yourself a Good lawyer, it is illegal for anyone to 'force' or are quire' you to take psychiatric drugs - you can cite battery, fraud and gain compensation for the pain and suffering they caused you. Do not committe suicide, those thoughts are being induced by the Psychiatric drugs they are giving you and your family is being brainwashed by the psychiatrists, psychologists and mental health workers who are trained by the large pharmaceutical companies to lie to you, your family, the community and the government in order to make money! Sydney Walker MD in his book Psychiatric Signs and Symptoms details more information on the side affects of these psychiatric drugs and warns that anyone experiencing side affects, such as hearing voices, visual hallucinations, suicidal thoughts or homicidal thoughts, amongst other things, should be taken off psychiatric drugs all together. These side affects are signs of toxicity (poisoning) and most 'normal' and good doctors (who have not been brain washed by mental health training' will tell you you are having an allergic reaction and stop taking the medication straight away. Do not trust or believe Psychiatrists, they are only in it for the money and have a policy that if they see a fellow psychiatrist doing the wrong thing, they are to adopt a code of silence - that is their only ethic, they do not follow medical ethics at all. My advice to you, again get a good lawyer and sue them, and also turn to alternative therapies, as well as many religious organisations offer non-psychiatric counsolling - but always double check, ask have they studied psychiatry, psychology or mental health - if they have stay away from them!! My advice to anyone reading this, stay away from psychiatry, psychology and mental health, they are not counsellors, they are medical professionals trained to do one thing - to diagnose people as mentally ill - they NEVER diagnose people as SANE, remember that, stay away from them as the end results is always a 'label', then 'psychiatric drugs' and then' forced' locking up in psychiatric facilities (which are NOT hospitals, as everyone has been lead to believe, only some are built on hospital grounds or near hospitals to fool the community into linking the two, so as to bounce off of the reputation of hospitals as being safe and caring, places that have medical ethics and save lives - psychiatric facilities are NOT safe and caring and do not operate under medical ethics and have a high death rate and sexual abuse rate perpetrated by staff members).
