Tried jumping a car. When the cables were hooked up, the other cars engine died and now won't start.?

Check your battery terminals and clean them , 8 out of 10 times is only oxidation and a cleaning will fix that. Also check the big fuses near the battery , your Chevy may have had a short and overloaded your cars system. BTW , dont try and start a diesel engine with a car battery made overseas.

Do SUVs get rear-ended more than other cars? Have you been rear-ended in your SUV?

I have owned 2 SUV considering 01. I have certainly not (knock on picket) been rear-ended. Sorry I used to be hit within the again as soon as nevertheless it used to be icy and I used to be on a hill. Does that depend? I believe you prefer me my force somewhat rapid. I force approach too rapid. But if you happen to believe that your now not seeing the brake lighting in entrance of you speedy sufficient you may also ought to supply your self a bit of more space. In Mass the teachers say you must hold an entire auto duration in entrance of you incase you ought to get out of that area swiftly. The subsequent time your using pay concentration to how a lot room you are giving your self among autos. I need to remind myself of this always. Maybe this may aid. Not looking to critique your using considering I have not pushed with you in someday now (smile) however this used to be the very first thing to pop in my brain whilst your stated the brakes of the auto in entrance of you. Sorry in your aggrevations together with your auto. I know the way provoking it may be

What other cars have the same engine block as the 2002 Mazda protege 2 liter automatic?

As far as the block itself is concerned- yes. But the 2002 engine is a FSDE, so the engines do not interchange if doing a complete swap. Here is a list of updates on the FSDE: -Oil Squirters -VICS (Variable Inertial Charge System) - A system that can vary the volume of the intake manifold resulting in a broader power band. There were known issues with this system, the most noteworthy was a defect which allowed screws that secured the VICS butterfly valves to come loose and end up being sucked into the engine. Some engines had to be replaced entirely due to the extent of the damage caused. -Distributor-less ignition -Solid lifters -VTCS (Variable Tumble Control System) - A set of butterflies in the intake manifold that would close to promote low emissions combustion under cold start at low engine speeds. These had a reputation of being noisy at times. -Windage Tray Now the oil squirters are a debatable up-grade, they help the engine last longer- but some feel that the extra oil slows the engine down. The windage tray is a nice part and if you are swapping blocks at least keep that.

How long does it take to not suck at driving?

I know people driving for 60 years that have always sucked, to fast, too slow, do not use turn signals, are not courteous and cut in and out of traffic. Drive to close, stop short, constantly drive like it was a war or a game. Not just teenagers talk on the phone, put on make up, text, etc. Good driving comes with experience and common sense, NO distractions is rule #1, no talking on the phone, no texting or any of the other things mentioned above. No getting caught up in conversation and fidgeting around to look at who your talking to. It only takes a moment to rear end a car in front of you, space your self at least two car lengths if someone cuts in front of you drop back. It's not when you get there, it's if you get there that matters. Be aware of what traffic is doing around you. Watch for the occasional idiot that steps out to cross the street but does not bother to look both ways. They are morons but they legally still have the right of way. Do not let impatient jerks in other cars rattle you. Drive the limit and get where you have to go safely. Let them get the ticket. Be aware of road conditions. I live in the north so I know a road may be icy even when my eye's say it's not. I drive with more caution. In states that have dry conditions a sudden rain storm can turn roads slick because they do not get cleaned very often and cars that leak oil travel them all the time. It's like driving on black ice. If you can see you door handles in the mirror you can not see cars coming up from behind to pass. Adjust them so you can see cars in the other lanes trying to pass. Otherwise you may try to change lanes and cause an accident. I know this all sounds like driving is the scariest thing in the world but if you use common sense it can be the most pleasurable. Just remember your rules of the road.

What Are Some Ways to Keep My Hair Really Healthy?
Use professional shampoo & conditioner. I know it may seem like a rip-off, however all the shampoos like Pantene, Garnier, etc. have a high alcohol content....since the normal pH of your hair is 4.5-5.5, things containing high amounts of alcohol throw your hair all out of whack and cause breakage, split-ends, fly-aways, etc. The reason these shampoos make your hair feel soft is because they contain high amounts of humectants, which are just a cover for how damaging they really are! Another tip is ALWAYS use a thermal protector while applying heat. Heat appliances cause tons of damage to your hair. Usually this is a cream/clear gel you apply before blow drying. Never use a flat iron on hair that is not completely dry!1. Split End Help. ( 10 Points) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?For sure you should get a trim and maybe even cut your hair as short as you are comfortable doing it. You should for no reason straighten or dye your hair. Look for some Garnier Fructis or Pantene shampoos and conditioner for curly hair so that it extra moisturizes it and helps the split ends repair themselves. I say from experience that ppl with curly hair have really bad split ends, which is why we have special stuff in our hair products. The split ends wont magically go away in like a month or a few weeks, but you will see improvement after a while. Oh, and for sure DO NOT PICK THEM OFF!! It will just make it worse. Every two months until your hair is healthy get a trim. just maybe half an inch or an inch will be just fine. Eventually your hair will go back to normal. Good luck with that!.2. Whats the best shampoo conditioner for cheap?clever or V05 are solid inexpensive ($a million) shampoos, yet whilst it is composed of conditioner i could bypass Tresemme ($6) it does an somewhat solid interest. i take advantage of salon shampoo because of the fact i am form of a hair snob, yet I nonetheless use the cheap conditioner. Pantene is undesirable on your hair (too plenty protein and reasons alot of greater build up on the hair) so i does not bypass there. desire this permits! My hair is oily, superb, and colour-taken care of if that helps you any!3. How can I get my curly hair to be nice like Taylor Swift?Haha i have the same hair long and curly..but not pretty curly! im completely obsessed with taylor and her hair so i did so playing with it and what you really NEED to get is the conair hot sticks!! they are these little flexible curlers and they are not very expensive and i would look like a frizz ball without them!! you can like get them at walmart. anyways what i do when iwear my hair curly is like i get up and get in the shower and wash it and condition it and this may sound weird but dont use a whole lot of conditioner just enough to get it done cause it will help your hair hold the curl the just get out and towel dry your hair till it is just damp and then put a curling mouse in it and frizz serum then finish blow drying it straight! and you know have the curlers on like when your gettin in the shower and then just make sure the little light is on meaning that they are hot enough and then seperate your hair into pretty small peices (if you have really thick hair then you might need to buy two sets cause they only have 14 in them and you use small sections) and then start from the botom of your hair and role it through your hair and pin it together youll see the instructions on how to pin them together and make sure you wrap it all the way to the top of your head and leave them for like 15 or 20 minutes while your finishin gettin ready and then use like a light hairspray about 5 minutes before you take them out then your done. i know this thing was really long but its not that hard lol!!!! hope i helped good luck!!!!!!!!
