At present, some transducers adhered to the bottom or wall of the cleaning tank are densely distributed and arranged one by one. On the one hand, such high intensity will accelerate the cavitation corrosion of the stainless steel plate surface (the surface in contact with the cleaning fluid) and shorten the service life. On the other hand, due to the high sound intensity. The bonding quality between transducer and cleaning tank has a great influence on the quality of ultrasonic cleaning machine. Not only shall it be firmly adhered, but also the adhesive layer shall be uniform, without glue shortage and cracks, so as to maximize the transmission of ultrasonic energy to the cleaning fluid, so as to improve the efficiency and cleaning effect of the whole machine.
